The writ accuses Tesco of negligence in failing to ensure the loading bay floor was free from substances likely to cause Jobe to slip, failing to ensure the trolley was in good working order, overloading the trolley so that it was too heavy to move, and failing to devise a safe and suitable method of cleaning the floor.
