South Warwickshire firms GF Lodder & Sons and FB Hancock & Co are to merge from 1 January. Established in 1850, Lodders has five partners, and specialises in private client and commercial work. Hancocks, with three partners, has a similar client profile. The newly merged firm will have 33 fee earners, use the Lodders banner and will operate out of offices in Henley, Shipston and Stratford.
