Willkie Farr & Gallagher has been hit by the loss of its Frankfurt managing partner who has quit the US firm to launch his own practice.
Outsourcing star Thomas Heyman, whose clients include Deutsche Bank, is also taking European counsel Jens Ekkenga and Lars Lendorf and several associates.
As first reported in German legal magazine Juve this morning there is also considerable speculation that he is going to take equity partner Katherina Scheja, which will leave the firm with just two equity partners in Frankfurt.
