Industrial disease expert quits Thring Townsend for CLM

Brigitte Chandler, a leading industrial disease lawyer, has moved her practice from Thring Townsend to another south of England firm, Charles Lucas & Marshall (CLM).

Over 28 years with her previous firm, at which she was a partner, Chandler has won tens of millions of pounds on behalf of clients, principally in cases involving asbestos related diseases in all kinds of industry throughout the UK. She also now acts for clients in Australia, Canada, the US and mainland Europe as well as on behalf of trade unions.

Chandler will work from CLM’s Swindon office.
