Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) has started rebuilding its Paris office with the hire of corporate partner Christopher Mesnooh.
In May the firm lost four partners as part of a restructuring of its French practice, but international head Mark Abel said he was looking for lateral hires to replace them.
Mesnooh, who specialises in M&A in the technology sector, was previously a partner with Hughes Hubbard and Reed. FFW now has seven partners in Paris.
Following the restructuring in May, the Paris office is now fully integrated within the firm. It had previously been part of a profit-sharing joint venture.
