Hammond Suddards Edge has recruited two intellectual property partners and three assistants from the London office of McDermott Will & Emery. The firm has lifted Philip Rees and trademark specialist Kathleen Harris from the London team, headed up by Larry Cohen (left), who was himself at Hammonds before joining McDermotts in 2000.
