Ernst & Young (E&Y) has lost the head of its employment unit Rory O'Connor to Canterbury firm Furley Page. At E&Y O'Connor advised on expatriate employment structures, severance, redundancy programmes and employee benefits policies. Prior to that he worked at Bird & Bird.
