Two niche practices run by ex-City solicitors have merged. Guildford property firm HD Ferguson & Co, formed by ex-Richards Butler solicitor Hamish Ferguson, has merged with commercial firm Gordons, formed by lawyers from Linklaters and Baker & McKenzie.
