'MANAGING to survive and succeed' is the theme for the Legal Education and Training Group's sixth annual conference to be held in London later this month.
The conference, being held at the Langham Hilton on 23 June, will include keynote speeches from Price Waterhouse's Matthew de Lange and John Stevens from the Institute of Personnel and Development.
The LETG, which counts among its members training and development staff from more than 140 law firms and in-house legal departments, has called in non-lawyers to give an insight into training issues outside of the legal profession.
The conference will address such issues as the way training is changing as the nature of law firms alters and competitive challenges intensify, and how those responsible for training and development can assist their firms' marketing efforts and management strategy.
