NQ – £30,000 plus bonus. Salaries then range between £30,000 and £50,000, depending on the nature of the work.
Performance-related annual bonuses available. At assistant level it is based on team billing, then moves to discretionary payments relating to added value. The value range depends on seniority and may be between 10 and 20 per cent of salary.
The firm provides in-house videos, seminars and internal and external training opportunities for all staff. Junior lawyers take a practical management course set by the Law Society. Training is coordinated through a full-time training manager and a full-time training and development manager.
