But Tulkinghorn was still somewhat bemused to hear that leading European practitioner David Vaughan QC and fellow Brick Court Chambers tenant Fergus Randolph were recently out in the Falkland Islands.`Yes, there is a court there, which heard the fishing licence dispute in which the two were involved. The trip did not, however, provide the glamour of Hong Kong or the sunshine of Tonga – our jet-setting counsel had to make do with a snow storm that kept them trapped in Punta Arenas, Chile.
