Howrey gains Paris office with Cousté merger

Cabinet Cousté & Cousté, one of France’s leading biotechnology and IP firms, will join Howrey Simon Arnold & White, making it the US firm’s fourth European IP office. Managing partner and chief executive officer Robert Ruyak (left) said: “We’re now well positioned to answer our clients’ antitrust, litigation and IP needs.” Marina Cousté founded the Paris firm in 1984; she will be joined by François Jonquères and Amaury de Saint Amand. The Paris office is scheduled to open on 1 May.
