Pannone & Partners has snagged Pinsent Masons Manchester property partner Stephen Chalcraft as the firm continues a major hiring spree.
Chalcraft, who started work at Pannones on 25 July, is a former Masons partner. He was joint head of Pinsents’ Manchester property department, and specialises in commercial property work.
Clients Chalcraft brings to Pannones include Lancashire County Council and Westcott Homes.
The appointment follows several recent partner hires at Pannones, including planning partner John Holmes from Weightmans; Ian Tranter, an employment partner from Hammonds; and private client specialist Melanie Rowles, who joined from Mace & Jones.
Joy Kingsley, Pannones’ managing partner, said the firm was “extremely pleased” that Chalcraft had joined.
