Kilpatrick Stockton London has hired a new associate. Morgan Clewley joins the projects group from Allen & Overy. Clewley’s appointment follows that of Andrew Walsh, who joined Kilpatrick Stockton as partner in March this year from Pinsent Masons.
Forsters has expanded its planning team with the appointment of Archana Hogarth as senior planning solicitor. Hogarth joins Forsters from Campbell Hooper. Her previous positions have included being head of planning at Finers Stephens Innocent and being principal planning solicitor at Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw.
Davies Arnold Cooper has strengthened the property department with the promotion of four new associate partners: Chris Baker, Ashley Dewar, Richard Green and Tim Johnson.
Adam Quirke, an employment law specialist, has joined Preston firm Napthens. Quirke, who joins from Hill Dickinson in Liverpool, has acted for several multi-national organisations including logistics company Wincanton and retailers Iceland and Ethel Austin.
Miranda Leate, a business and family immigration specialist, has joined Essex firm Birkett Long. Leate will be based at the firm’s Colchester office and will advise on all aspects of immigration law. Leate joins from Colchester firm Fisher Jones Greenwood.
