Billable hours target
1,440 billable hours per year for assistants and partners.

Holiday entitlement
Twenty-four days holiday for assistants, with an additional day after three, four and five years’ service, rising to 30 days after 20 years’ service. Staff may also buy or sell holiday days through the flexible benefits scheme. Beachcrofts allows carry-forward of up to five days.
