Hogan Lovells leads in Ablyazov litigation as another firm comes off case

In a further development to the long-running litigation between Kazakhstan’s BTA Bank and its former chair Mukhtar Ablyazov, the UK courts have ruled that one of the defendants provide full disclosure into his payment of legal fees.
