Gowling WLG has been appointed to Government’s legal panel

Gowling WLG has been appointed to the Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Wider Public Sector Legal Services agreement (RM3788) to provide a full range of legal services to public bodies in England and Wales.

The new framework covers a broad range of legal services including contracts, corporate, data protection, employment, health, infrastructure, IP, litigation and real estate and is available to a wide range of public bodies, including local and regional authorities, housing associations and NHS bodies.

The anticipated value of the new framework is £130 million and the duration of the panel agreement is for three years, with the option to extend for one period of 12 months.

Gowling WLG’s in-depth expertise and capacity to deliver comprehensive specialist legal services to public sector bodies led to the firm being chosen as one of 18 firms on the panel.

The appointment – under Lot 2a – Full Service in England and Wales – follows on from the success of Gowling WLG being appointed in February 2017 as one of 12 Tier 1 firms on the CCS General Legal Services Framework (RM3786) panel providing legal services to Central Government bodies.
