Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that Andrew Bratt has joined the firm as a partner and Toronto group leader for the Employment, Labour & Equalities Group practice.

Bratt’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, including employment-related litigation, human rights proceedings, employment standards claims, workers’ compensation proceedings and employment issues surrounding corporate transactions. He has appeared before several administrative tribunals, courts, arbitrators and mediators.

Bratt speaks frequently on a broad range of employment law topics and has lectured at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law and at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He has also been a regular contributor to The Duty to Accommodate in Employment, the leading text on employment law (Canada Law Book), which has been cited in several arbitration and court decisions across Canada.

Bratt is also a certified Legal Project Manager.
