In brief: Fast track pre-trial costs regime faces delay

The Lord Chancellor, Lord Irvine confirmed last week that plans to introduce a pre-trial costs regime in fast-track cases – covering actions worth up to #15,000 – will be postponed pending further investigation into the causes of high-cost litigation.
