Herbert Smith alliance firm Gleiss Lutz has promoted three associated partners in Germany into the equity.
Employment lawyer Christian Arnold, corporate lawyer Michael Burian and tax specialist Stefan Mayer will all become full partners at the firm as of 1 January 2011.
Arnold and Burian both practise in Gleiss Lutz’s Stuttgart office, specialising in collective and individual employment law and company transactions and takeovers, respectively. Mayer is in the firm’s Frankfurt office and has a particular focus on transactions related tax.
Gleiss Lutz now has 87 partners and 270 lawyers, with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart and Brussels.
