Fladgate Fielder has acted for television production company Twenty Twenty Television on its acquisition by AIM-listed Shed Media.
The latter was advised on the deal by Dorsey & Whitney corporate finance partner Mark Taylor.
The team acting for Twenty Twenty, a longstanding client of Fladgate Fielder, was led by corporate partner Anthony Vaughan.
He said the deal will be beneficial for the enlarged company, not least because it will open up opportunities within the US market.
Shed Media consists of contemporary drama producer Shed Productions, factual entertainment producer Ricochet and global distribution armOutright Distribution.
Twenty Twenty produces programmes such as The Choir, That’ll Teach ‘Em and Brat Camp.
