Fedrus International has completed the acquisition of Umicore’s Building Products business. The transaction represents an equity value of €70m.
Fedrus International is a Belgian group active in the distribution of roofing and façade materials. It specialises in EPDM rubber and roof sealing systems for the European market.
Walder Wyss advised Fedrus International as Swiss legal counsel to the transaction.
