The theme of this year’s Marketing Leadership Summit is ‘humanising law in a digital world’ and it is an entirely appropriate topic worthy of detailed discussion. During the pandemic, we all went fully digital for the first time in our working lives. Which elements of that will stick, good and bad? What will be the impact of the pandemic on marketing and BD professionals? How will you connect with clients in a post-pandemic world? How will you cut through the noise of zoom and webinars and achieve the best possible results? How has our use of data changed as a result of the past year? And how do you work most effectively when half of your team are not in the office?

These are just a handful of the questions this year’s Marketing Leadership Summit will tackle. Some things already look certain. We’re all likely to be travelling a lot less and spending a lot more time at home.
