2021 has been a year of resetting, of rethinking priorities, a chance to change, to learn from past 18 months and to take advantage of the opportunities emerging.

In-house teams are now looking at transforming or rebuilding relationships within the team and the business, focusing on value and the strategy going forward, getting their house in order, taking in what they’ve learned as a team and how the role of legal has changed as a result.

When where we were isn’t where we want to be, we should deliberately choose to pause, look inwardly and challenge ourselves.
