Even though it is Ernst & Young’s legal affiliate, Tite & Lewis does not have an exclusive advisory relationship with the accountancy firm and must have been more than a little pleased to be in-structed on its move to the high-profile More London development.
Ernst & Young will establish its headquarters in the new 500,000sq ft building in summer 2003. The London Mayor and Greater London Assembly are also scheduled to move into the site in 2002.
Legal teams working on the Ernst & Young deal came together in early February. They arrived at a “turn-key” arrangement, whereby developer CIT agreed to take the building to a much higher level of fit-out than the traditional benchmark of shell and core building.
