Natalie Salunke has left vehicle rental company Enterprise Rent-a-Car to join payment solutions company Fleetcor as its new head of legal.
Salunke has filled the position of European counsel at Enterprise for just short of two years.
She acted as the company’s lead legal adviser for all commercial and corporate legal matters in Europe, managing a team of five.
Salunke previously worked in-house with NetSuite, Venda and Travelex after qualifying with Taylor Wessing in 2009.
The role with Fleetcor is not strictly a new position, but Salunke is the first lawyer to take the job for more than two years.
Fleetcor manages payment solutions for more than half a million commercial accounts across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa and posted annual turnover of £1.8bn for 2016.
The company was founded in 2000 and has spread to cover 53 countries.
The company’s shares trade at $163.73, growing by nearly 20 per cent in five months since falling to $131.26 in May.
