The firms set to benefit from spike in employment litigation

Employment litigation has dwindled in the past three years. A quarterly average of 52 employment cases reached judgment in the EAT and the Court of Appeal (CoA) in the first three quarters of 2017, according to The Lawyer’s  Q3 2017 Litigation Tracker report.
