Covington to take on trainees in London

Five places are available from autumn 2002, making Covington one of the biggest US employers of trainees in London.
Salaries are being pegged to the US norm; newly qualifieds will earn £85,000.
According to website, only US firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in London pays more to its newly-qualifieds, at £92,000 per annum. Magic circle firms pay an average of £55,000 per annum.
