Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to TVB Finance Limited in connection with the issue of $500m 3.625% guaranteed notes due 2021 (Stock Code: 4577) irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Television Broadcasts Limited (“TVB”) (Stock Code: 511).
TVB operates five digital television channels, providing free and diversified television information/entertainment to over 2.45 million homes in Hong Kong round-the-clock. Its flagship channels, Jade (in Chinese) and Pearl (in English), transmit over 17,000 programme hours every year.
