Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands law advice to AUPU Group Holding Company Limited in its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement between the Company and its scheme shareholders pursuant to a bid by Upwind Holding Company Limited which valued AUPU Group at about US$162 million and its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
