Conyers advises AUPU on privatisation and delisting from HKSE

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands law advice to AUPU Group Holding Company Limited in its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement between the Company and its scheme shareholders pursuant to a bid by Upwind Holding Company Limited which valued AUPU Group at about US$162 million and its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Teresa Tsai of Conyers’ Hong Kong office and Ben Hobden of Conyers’ Cayman Islands office advised on the matter working alongside Jeffrey Mak Law Firm.
