Clarke Willmott has boosted its Birmingham real estate team with the hire of Hammonds’ property finance director Jane Kemp.
Kemp joins Clarke Willmott as a partner. She leaves Hammonds two years after joining the firm from a role as in-house lawyer at property developer Castlemore.
During her time at Hammonds, Kemp coordinated the firm’s Midlands property finance practice, with clients including banks and commercial developers.
Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham real estate head David Hayes said Kemp’s hire would add “significant value” to the team.
