Christian Burns-Di Lauro from Ogier’s BVI Banking & Finance team has been promoted to managing associate.
Christian has been with the firm since 2014, and is a specialist in structured finance and restructuring and insolvency work.
He was recently part of the Ogier teams that advised on the Toys R Us restructuring as well as the Suez / GE Water US$ 3.4 billion acquisition.
He is recognised as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 Caribbean 2018 edition.
