Chadbourne & Parke has made up six partners across its global offices, including one in London.
The energy firm has promoted London corporate lawyer Charez Golvala, corporate lawyers Jonathan Melmed and Carlos Albarracin in New York, Robert Goldberg in the project finance group in Houston, real estate lawyer Mariusz Stawiarczyk in Warsaw and Kenneth Mack in the CIS practice in Almaty.
In London, Golvala has experience of transactions and projects in the energy industry. His practice sees him advise clients from start-ups to multinationals on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate finance and other commercial transactions in a variety of sectors.
