Baker & McKenzie has bagged a six-lawyer IP team from the San Diego office of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker.
The team is led by partner Howard Wisnia and includes associates James Conley, Noel Gillespie, Dave Koo, Christopher Serra and patent agent Lester Anderson.
The new group focuses its practice in litigating IP disputes and advising clients on building patent portfolios. Sector expertise includes semiconductor, telecommunications, computer technologies, biotechnology and medical device technologies.
