Archroma, a supplier of products and solutions to the textile, paper, adhesives and coating industries and a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire the global textile chemical business of German chemical company BASF. Bär & Karrer acted as legal adviser to Archroma.
The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
