At the conclusion of a trial by jury between 26th September and 4th October 2016, Dr B, a general practitioner, was unanimously acquitted by the jury. Not guilty verdicts on both counts of sexual assault were returned in under one hour. Dr B was represented by Andrew Hockton, instructed by Surjit Dubb and Anita Puri of Eastwoods
Ashurst global board roles change hands
