Guernsey's AFR saw a slip in headcount between 2012 and 2013, reporting four fewer lawyers and a drop of five in fee-earner numbers. At the same time, the firm continued to hire, picking up litigation associate Mark Priaulx. Meanwhile, litigation lawyer Thomas Malyn was called to the Guernsey Bar, increasing the number of Guernsey advocates at the firm to eight.
While it remains full-service, AFR's litigation department is its largest, with eight lawyers.
The firm ventured into the world of social media in the summer, signing up to Twitter.
