Altheimer & Gray is due to open a UK tax practice after hiring Vishvas Kanji, who has been a partner at Fox Williams since 1996. Its managing partner Robert Bata says that the firm also plans to start IP and corporate recovery practices. Altheimer has a 40-strong London practice which started in June 1999.
