Online November 2012
New ZyLAB eDiscovery Bundle 3.1 offers industry’s most intuitive and easy to use review interface
October 20, 2012, Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Today, ZyLAB, a leading eDiscovery and information management technology company, officially released eDiscovery Bundle 3.1, a solution that supports the identification, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of large volumes of versatile information. ZyLAB’s battle tested environment, which enables an organisation to search, browse and review all its key information instantly is now sporting a highly intuitive, easy to use, user-controlled interface.
ZyLAB’s Legal Review provides a completely new interface design that was created with the reviewer in mind, enabling the user to quickly and effectively review and analyse documents. The simplified review interface includes support for sophisticated and advanced search, filtering, browsing, grouping, viewing, tagging and redaction of documents in 400 languages.
“Legal Review is a very critical and costly component in most eDiscovery cases. It is in this reviewing phase that inside and outside counsel need to identify the responsive documents and the privileged documents they need to withhold” said Mary Mack, Esq., enterprise technology counsel for ZyLAB. “ZyLAB’s new eDiscovery Bundle 3.1 offers a highly intuitive and attorney-friendly interface that brings the collected and processed data to life. Legal professionals can work through a dynamic, interactive real time dashboard to monitor the big picture to preview the results of ZyLAB’s Computer Assisted Review (CAR), or dive-into the details to see individual documents and email families.”
The new Legal Review interface offers improved functionality for Technology Assisted Review (TAR) which includes an easy-to-use sampling option enabling reviewers, administrators and investigators to quickly tag documents and verify the quality of tagging. Review batches can be created based on various rules allowing the system to dynamically assign and divide the work load across multiple reviewers, helping to ease the administrative process. The processing part of eDiscovery Bundle 3.1 supports all collection options for systems such as Microsoft® Exchange and Microsoft® SharePoint including the Online versions (Office 365) and social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and Google Documents as well as EntropySoft connectors to enable collection of information in over 40 Content Management Systems .

The new ZyLAB review tool is rooted in our award-winning software, end to end compliance with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model© (EDRM) and the Information Governance Reference Model©(IGRM).
“Saving even a couple of seconds per document during eyes on review can really add up,” continued Mack. “As we did with our acclaimed production module, ZyLAB has put advanced tools in the hands of reviewers and those that support them for better case outcomes that are easier on the budget.”
