  • Can we write about a project which doesn´t involve legal work but is giving something back to the community - such as a company which has developed and distributed a learning toy?

  • Will a similar competition be available starting 2011 for the BVC?

  • As mentioned above I wanted to know whether the article has to be about specific legal work or any development project. Also, can it be a project created in the UK but impacting somewhere else in the world?

  • I just wanted to respond to some queries we've had about the competition.
First, yes you can write about something non-law related.
Second, it is possible to win a part-time place instead of full-time.

  • I have already completed my applications to start my LPC in september. I did not apply to BPP as on the LawCABs website the Bristol institution was not offered as a place of study and this is the one I wish to attend.
Am I still allowed to enter the competition in the hope of gaining a place in Bristol?

  • I've submitted my entry but forgot to specify which prize I'm entering for - it doesn't say to do that on the terms and conditions but will it be a problem anyway?
