What do you do at weekends?

Catch up with friends and family, visit an art gallery from time to time, try to get out of London occasionally.

Chez Bruce in Wandsworth.

What’s the best thing about your job?

Always finding what I do interesting, working with great people and getting a good result for my clients.

What’s the toughest thing about your job?

Switching off.

What’s your biggest work/career mistake?

As a trainee, photocopying court bundles before pagination.

What car do you drive?

A Renault Clio.

In Search of Zarathustra by Paul Kriwaczek.

Carbonel by Barbara Sleigh.

What’s the most exciting deal/case you’ve worked on and why?

The acquisition of some major high street fashion brands and a restrictive covenant injunction defence relating to a team move.

If you were stranded on a desert island what two luxury items would you take?

A satellite phone to call for help and a Kindle to pass the time before rescue.

If a movie was being made about your life, which actor would play you and why?

I wouldn’t want anyone to make a movie about my life.

Who would you least like to be stuck in a lift with and why?

The lift maintenance engineer.
