Managing partner Margaret Robertson said the firm had created the new position to aid its ­succession planning, adding: “We want to bring in new leaders to ensure there’s a ­continuity to our services.”

Woods advises landowners on the ­creation and restructuring of the ownership of rural estates and businesses, while Hoskyns-Abrahall advises on rural property and land transactions and appropriate ownership structures.
