Withers appoints landed estates co-heads" />Withers has named partners Bertie Hoskyns-Abrahall and Matthew Woods as joint heads of its landed estates practice group.
Managing partner Margaret Robertson said the firm had created the new position to aid its succession planning, adding: “We want to bring in new leaders to ensure there’s a continuity to our services.”
Woods advises landowners on the creation and restructuring of the ownership of rural estates and businesses, while Hoskyns-Abrahall advises on rural property and land transactions and appropriate ownership structures.
