Winckworth Sherwood’s Tinham discusses software licences in Financial Times

Richard Tinham, head of commercial and corporate at Winckworth Sherwood, has been quoted in the Financial Times’ ‘Business questions: Expert advice’ section.

Tinham answers a question in relation to software, cloud computing and their associated licences. In particular, he highlights the fact that software licences are a form of contract, and a departure from their terms could give rise to a claim for breach of contract.
