Winckworth grabs Dawsons property expert

Winckworth Sherwood has hired Dawsons ­property partner Simon Livesy. He joins Winckworth’s ­institutional property team alongside senior assistant Richard Wooton.

Livesy, thought to be one of Dawsons’ last remaining fixed-share partners, specialises in commercial property ­acquisitions, disposals, lettings and other landlord and tenant work.

Institutional property head Rob Banham said: “Simon’s experience will strengthen our offering to clients in both the private and public sectors.”
