West Coast technology firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has revamped its management board following a tough year, which saw a small drop in revenues to $377m (£200.2m) and static profit of $865,000 (£459,000) per partner. Chairman and chief executive officer Larry Sonsini has stood down from the latter role, with John Roos filling the position, while Jeff Saper has been appointed vice-chairman. Sonsini will continue as chairman, focusing primarily on the firm's strategic direction in addition to his role as chief rainmaker. Steve Hoare
