Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Frankfurt-based employment team has quit the US firm to join German boutique Kliemt & Vollstädt.
The four-lawyer team, led by Christoph Crisolli, joined Kliemt at the start of the month to launch a Frankfurt office. Kliemt also has offices in Düsseldorf and Berlin.
Crisolli, who was at Willkie Farr for three years, acts for a number of high-profile technology companies, including Dell and Olympus. Most recently, he handled the employment law aspects of the spin-off of Infineon Technology’s real estate and facility management to Dusmann and Kinetics.
Kliemt intends to build its Frankfurt office from four to six employment lawyers in the next two years.
Commenting on the move, name partner Michael Kliemt said: “We’ve long intended to open an office in Frankfurt. This is part of our strategy of having a presence in Germany’s most important business locations.”
