Another three partners have resigned from Wilde Sapte following its loss of two partners to US firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
UK/Indian dual-qualified salaried banking partner Pratap Amin, who was with Wilde Sapte for over two years, is going back to India next March. It is understood he resisted the firms offers of equity partnership as he was unsure whether or not he would stay at the firm.

Head of construction, Derek Tadiello, is to join construction firm Beal & Company. Wilde Saptes managing partner Steven Blakeley said that construction did not form part of the firms core activity and that Tadiello wanted to be in a firm where it was. Blakeley added: We were quite happy for Derek to continue here.
