Niche media firm Wiggin & Co has converted to a limited liability partnership, dropped the "& Co" from its name and celebrated with the hire of Ashurst corporate tax partner Sue Crawford.
Crawford is the first tax partner to join Wiggin since its November 2003 split with its tax and private client arm, which is now called Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove.
While private client work will still be referred to Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove, Crawford’s hire will enable Wiggin to handle corporate tax work and film finance tax in-house. Crawford will be working part-time.
Ashurst's senior partner Geoffrey Green said: "It’s a lifestyle change for Sue. I’m happy for her and wish her the best of luck."
