How about LG Field Fisher Waterhouse Nabarro Hill Dickinson Reynolds Porter Chamberlain Dickinson Dees Shepherd and Wedderburn SJ Berwin Taylor Wessing Simmons & Simmons There are plenty to choose from. Too many firms are using consolidation as a substitute for strategy, and completely miss the point when it comes to making any kind of M&A work. Simmons and Simmons also, they lack a strategy but are a thoroughly decent firm with some good practice areas and decent profitability.
