Reply Link Anonymous 5 March 2012 at 11:36 will this also apply to the office managing partner types, the leaders of men and women? Oliver? Reply Link Mike O'Horo 5 September 2012 at 16:25 This reminds me of the famous Steve Martin routine, “How to Be a Millionaire. First, get a million dollars.” Telling partners to bill more hours without addressing how to get the business to enable that is just silly, and could lead clients to fear that partners under such pressure might be tempted to pad the bill. The elephant in the room is that the billable hours aren’t legitimately available. If they were, the partners would do the work and bill the hours. It’s not like they’re sitting around refusing billable work. Duh. Reply Link Name Email Cancel reply Threaded commenting powered by interconnect/it code.
